Where and when is the conference?

Location: The AGM Retail Conference happens the day before the famed PGA Show at the Orlando County Convention Center on 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819

Dates: Tuesday, January 24, 2023

Time: AGM Retail Conference 8 am – 5 pm; AGM Product Preview Reception 5 pm – 7 pm

What is included in the registration fee?

Your completed full-day registration provides you the following:

Airfare and hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee.

Is registration for the conference required to attend the AGM’s Product Preview Reception at the end of the day?

It is not. Everyone at the conference is welcome to attend the AGM’s Product Preview Reception event on Tuesday evening- with or without the Conference attendance. The Product Preview Reception is FREE to attend as a guest. REGISTER NOW

How do the tracks work?

We have keynotes in which the entire conference attendance comes together, but the balance of the day is spent choosing between two educational tracks that focus on MERCHANDISING or MANAGEMENT with three breakout sessions throughout the day.

Can I purchase a half-day pass?

Yes, there is a post-lunch registration option available that allows you to attend the afternoon sessions and closing keynote for a reduced rate.

Can tickets be shared with more than one person?

Tickets cannot be shared but the name can be transferred to another individual at your facility through Monday, January 23, 2023. Contact Jennifer Morton at jennifer@agmgolf.org to request a transfer.

Is a meal provided at the conference?

Yes. All-day conference registration includes a light continental breakfast, Taco Tuesday buffet luncheon, and afternoon refreshments.

What is the temperature like and what should I wear?

Conference attire is business casual. Keep in mind that the indoor conference can be chilly when they have the air conditioner on so layers can come in handy.

What is the refund policy?

If you cancel on or before January 12, 2023, then you are eligible to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after January 12, 2023. Registrations may be transferred to another individual at your facility through Monday, January 23, 2023. To request a refund, email jennifer@agmgolf.org. Only requests made by the original purchaser/registrant will be honored.

Do you offer media passes?

Contact Jennifer Morton at jennifer@agmgolf.org to see if you and/or your media agency might be eligible for a media pass.

Will session recordings be available?

At this time, we are not planning on recording sessions for review post-conference.

How can we become an event sponsor?

How do I update my registration details?

If you need to change your contact details that will appear on your registration, please email jennifer@agmgolf.org.

Where do I get my receipt?

You will receive a confirmation email from the Association of Golf Merchandisers as soon as your finish your registration.

Where can I get a show badge for the PGA Show?

Unfortunately, your PGA Show registration is separate from your AGM Conference Registration. Be sure to pre-register for the show here: https://na.eventscloud.com/ereg/index.php?eventid=706630

Is the AGM Platinum Award Ceremony not part of the AGM Retail Conference any longer?

We’ve moved the AGM Platinum Award Ceremony and Best of the Best Awards to the Fashion Show Lounge during the PGA Show on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 11 am.
