How can I change a Golf Event group’s starting hole?

From the Participant List, click on the "edit player" button from the "Action" drop-down. NOTE: If you change a starting hole for one player in a group the change will be reflected for all players in that group.

On the Participant, list Action drop-down list, select Change Team, and make the desired change with the players from the drop-down list.

Is there a way to send all Players their Player Code to allow them to do online scoring ?

Yes. Select SEND PLAYER CODE TO ALL from the Participant List page.

Is there a way to manually add a player to a golf event?

Yes. On the Participant, List page please select the Add Player tab.

What if a playing participant does not enter all of the requested information when they register?

There are two ways to complete this information: 1) The event organizer can ask the participant to edit their information using the code they receive on their registration receipt, or 2) The event organizer can obtain the information from the participant and enter it into their group information from the Edit Info tab on the Participant List Action drop-down menu.

How do non-paying guests (comp’d guests, guests of paying sponsor, etc.) participate in the auctions?

All event guests whether they are a paying golfer or a non-paying guest must create an account on the event Winning Ticket app. A non-golfer or non-paying guest would need to access the event website using the VIP link you provide and then register with their email address and selected password.
