What is a Super Ticket ?

A Super Ticket is a way for you to bundle together event games or other options to enhance both fundraising and the guests’ event experience. An example of a Super Ticket for a golf event could be bundling together raffle tickets, on-course contest entries and mulligans for a flat fee you select. The cost of the Super Ticket can be rolled into your Registration Options by checking the box in the Option Basic Information section. The event retains the entire Super Ticket fee.

What file format do I need to use for uploading images such as logos or banners for my event.

For best results use PNG files that are 1GB or smaller.

Is there a limit to how many different Registration Options I can select ?

No, you can add as many Registration Options as are appropriate for your event.

What if I have limited spots for each of my Registration Options ?

You should specify how many spots are available in the Purchase Limit of the Registration Edit Option. This will restrict the number of registrants for that option to whatever number you select.

Is there a way to let guests pay for credit card processing fees associated with their payments?

Yes! Each event option you create that includes a payment (registration, super tickets, auction, donations)  includes a step where you can ask the registrant if they’d like to include the Stripe payment processing fee with their payment. Check the box in the Credit Card Fee Option to allow the user to opt in to pay the processing fee. You must check the box for each registration option, super ticket, auction item, or donation level you create.

How does a participant register for our event ?

The participant can either go to the custom webpage this software creates for your event and sign up with the link provided. That link can be in the form of a URL or a QR Code.

I’ve already created my event but how do I change the start and end times?

Find your event from your Events List then click on the Actions Drop Down menu. Select Edit. Confirm your Basic Information is correct then click on Save and Next.  On the Event Starting and/or Ending Date click on the Drop Down then either select the desired hour and/or manually add the desired minutes (e.g. :30, :45)

What if my Registration Options include additional benefits such as lunch or dinner, for example?

You can specify what benefits are included in the Add Option Features on the Registration Edit Option

Why would I select the option of Unlimited Until Sold Out in my Registration Options?

This selection enables you to manage how many tickets or entries you want to accept without your guests seeing a count down on ticket availability. However, you can also select the Enable Entries Remaining Countdown if you would like your registrants to see how many spots or tickets remain. This can help create a sense of urgency for the buyer/guest to encourage early registration. Note: You can change the status of any Registration Option to show SOLD OUT at any time if you wish. This is done thru the Edit Options feature.
